Creative Film Producer
Creative Film Producers, In regards to this entry, I am talking about a Film producer that holds some or all of the creative control of a film. People often assume that the director is the sole person making a film, and that they make all the decisions. In some cases, the producer will work closely with the writers and director of a film, putting his/her input into a film working as a valued part of the creative team. Unless its a producer/director, they will still handle all the production side of filmmaking while on set and the director will handle the actors and directing. However, creative collaboration will still continue. Many people do not understand the role of a producer in film, or think that they are just the guy behind a desk. It is often much more than just the paperwork. |
